Lunch Express -30 min
As approachable as our Essentials class with variations to inspire our Dynamic audience. Our 30 minute Lunch Express flow was designed for the busy practitioner. It is ideal for those that want a quick but effective yoga class over their lunch break. It allows you to move your body, calm your mind and reset before tackling the rest of your day.
Barre
This low-impact, high-energy class blends ballet-inspired movements with elements of Pilates and strength training for a full-body workout. Expect small, controlled movements that fire up your muscles, improve posture, and enhance flexibility. With a focus on core strength and endurance, Barre is designed to sculpt and tone while keeping things fun and accessible for all levels. No dance experience required—just come ready to move!
